Feb. 10/13, 8:30 am. Foggy morning in Prince George, British Columbia. Beautiful frost patterns on trees, shrubs – just about everywhere. Snow on the ground combined with fog means I can’t see the path clearly – even a well known trail. Fog however, is not the ultimately reality. The clear skies that allowed the fog to develop overnight hints of the sunshine to come.
Fog is a promise of sunshine to come. It’s 11:00 am. The sunshine reveals the beauty of what was created in the fog.
Like fog, adversity is not the ultimate reality. No matter what our present circumstances, light will shine through! The beauty of what is being created in the crucible of adversity will be revealed as we wait on God. [AMDG]
